• Two practice modes: Writing Practice (native → target language) and Reading Practice (target → native language)
• Real-time AI feedback on translation accuracy and quality
• Progress tracking with points, streaks, and analytics
• iCloud synchronization across iOS devices
• Free tier (3 texts) and Premium subscription options

3. Subscription and Payments

Galem offers both free and premium features:

• Free tier with limited access to get started
• Premium subscription for unlimited access to all features
• Subscription pricing available in the app
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before period ends
• Manage subscriptions through your device settings
• Refunds handled according to App Store policies

4. Account and Data Sync

For app functionality and convenience:

• Account creation for personalized experience
• Optional data sync across your devices
• Secure backup of your learning progress
• Subscription status management

5. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Our AI generates educational content for language learning purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or biases
• Content is for educational purposes only, not professional translation
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of translations or feedback
• Users should verify important translations independently

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal language learning only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Not share Premium content outside the App
• Provide accurate information when contacting support
• Use an active iCloud account for proper App functionality

7. Intellectual Property

The Galem application, including its AI algorithms, user interface, and generated content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use our AI models for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our technology
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

8. Service Availability

Galem requires an internet connection for core features. We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

Galem is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content or feedback
• Loss of progress data (though iCloud backup minimizes this risk)
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from App usage

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

11. Termination

You may stop using Galem at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to Premium features ends, but iCloud-synced data remains available.
